Group Cycling Guidelines

Every Sunday 9.30 am at the Temple Gate Hotel car park Ennis Co Clare.
This is for leisure cyclists.
During Jan/Feb/Mar this cycle is specifically structured to nurture all leisure cyclists
You are welcome to just turn up on the day and have a go. The group leaders will ensure you are accommodated at the correct level.

Every Saturday 8.30 am at "McDonalds" on Gort Road Ennis Co Clare
This is for seasoned cyclists

	Join Dolmen cyclists in attending either the leisure tours or Race events in the region.
	Munster Leisure cycling league is back !!! Munster Cycling is organizing a Leisure Tour League. 11 clubs are taking part . Each club runs a tour , their will be prizes at an end of year celebration event........so get training in spring The dolmen "Mid West Costal and Burren Tour" returns on on Sat April 10th. 9.00 am sign on for 10.00am start Main Route 125k (scenic yet challenging route), with a 100k flat return option. - Competitive Winter Training in progress

Find out about cycling,, what kind of bikes are available, how can I start , what to wear, what types of events, ,,, ask any question you like

Experienced cyclist will give a brief seminar and you will be able see the low and high end of cycling technology , training and events
